Sie möchten sich für Jugendliche mit besonderem Bedarf engagieren und sie im Berufswahlprozess begleiten? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres interdisziplinären Teams! Bringen Sie Ihre Kompetenzen ein, gestalten Sie mit und begleiten Sie die Jugendlichen beim Entdecken ihrer Talente und auf dem Weg in die Arbeitswelt. Das innovative Angebot Berufswahl Campus 3plus läuft seit 2023 und wird jetzt mit weiteren Plätzen für Jugendliche ausgebaut.
Ihre Aufgaben
Coaching/Begleitung der Jugendlichen in ihrem individuellen Berufswahlprozess.
Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Auswertung von externen Praktika.
Dokumentation und Berichtswesen.
Konzeption und Durchführung von Unterrichtssequenzen in der Gruppe im Rahmen der beruflichen Orientierung.
Akquisition von Schnuppereinsätzen, Arbeitstrainings und Ausbildungsplätzen im 1. und 2. Arbeitsmarkt.
Aufbau und Pflege tragfähiger Beziehungen zu den Partnern.
Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit allen Bezugsgruppen intern und extern.
Ihr Profil
Job Coach (Supported Employment) oder Sozialpädagog:in FH/HF mit beruflichem Hintergrund und Erfahrung im Berufsfeld.
Praktische Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen mit besonderem Bedarf und Verhaltensauffälligkeiten.
Gute Kenntnisse der Bildungslandschaft.
Sehr gute ösischkenntnisse.
Auto-Fahrausweis.
