*Job Summary*
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver personalized massage therapies that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through tailored treatment plans and exceptional patient care. *Duties*
* Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual health conditions and goals.
* Apply advanced techniques such as physiology-based massage, pain management strategies, and occupational health practices to optimize results.
* Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with medical terminology standards.
* Educate clients on self-care practices, post-treatment recommendations, and injury prevention techniques.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and facility policies.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care when necessary.
*Qualifications*
* Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification.
* Proven experience in patient service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and personalized care.
* Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
* Skilled in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.
* Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment and education.

Pay: $30.00 - $80.00 per hour
