Service Advisor

The Service Advisor at Ferguson Superstore in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers in the automotive industry. This is a full-time, individual contributor position with a competitive base salary and commission structure. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our customers' service needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our dealership and services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry to join our dynamic team. Compensation & Benefits: As a Service Advisor at Ferguson Superstore, you will receive a competitive compensation package ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 per year, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with their service needs, building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Listen to customer concerns, make service recommendations, and accurately estimate repair costs
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient use of technicians' time and the timely completion of services
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our dealership's services, policies, and procedures
  • Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing regular updates on the status of their vehicle
  • Upsell additional services and products to meet customers' needs and maximize revenue
  • Ensure all service orders are accurately completed and processed in a timely manner
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and courtesy
  • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and quality service delivery
  • Stay current on industry trends and developments, attending training and educational programs as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong sales abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient computer and technology skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
