- Entwicklung, Einführung und nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung einer unternehmensweiten Operational Excellence Strategie
- Steuerung und Koordination von OPEX-Initiativen und Transformationsprojekten in Werken und Zentralfunktionen
- Definition, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von OPEX-Methoden, Werkzeugen, Prozessen und KPI-Systemen
- Beratung der Werke, Coaching der OPEX-Verantwortlichen sowie Aufbau und Durchführung von Schulungs- und Qualifizierungsprogrammen
- Analyse von Unternehmensprozessen sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungs- und Effizienzpotenzialen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette
- Förderung einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserungs- und Lean-Kultur sowie Begleitung von Veränderungs- und Transformationsprozessen
- Übernahme weiterer relevanter Aufgaben und Projekte im Rahmen der Position zur Sicherstellung einer ganzheitlichen Operational Excellence Entwicklung
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Lean Management, Operational Excellence oder Prozessmanagement
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Einführung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Operational-Excellence-, Lean- oder Transformationsprogrammen in einem internationalen Industrieumfeld
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in Datenanalyse, KPI-Management und Performance-Steuerung
- Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops, Trainings und Management-Reviews
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Standardisierung standortübergreifender OPEX-Strukturen und -Methoden
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft zu Werken und Unternehmensstandorten (20%)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
