P rozessmanagement & Governance
- Definition, Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung operativer Prozesse über alle europäischen & amerikanischen Standorte hinweg.
- Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von Operations Manuals, Richtlinien & Governance Policies.
- Unterstützung bei der Entscheidungsfindung in operativen Fragestellungen mit Compliance-/Governance-Relevanz.
Training & Enablement
- Durchführung von Erst- und Wiederholungsschulungen für Systeme, Prozesse und neue Features.
- Identifikation von Trainingsbedarfen auf Basis von Prozessabweichungen, Systemanpassungen oder Qualitätsproblemen.
- Förderung eines einheitlichen Prozessverständnisses über alle Standorte hinweg.
Digitalisierung & TMS-Management
- Unterstützung und Steuerung von TMS-bezogenen Themen.
- Bearbeitung komplexer TMS-Fälle und Validierungsanfragen gemäß definierten Autoritätsstufen.
- Initiierung und Begleitung digitaler Verbesserungsprojekte mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Kostenreduzierung und Datenqualität.
Quality, KPI & Continuous Improvement
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung definierter Qualitätsstandards, Prozesse und KPIs.
- Aufdeckung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Qualitäts- und Compliance-Abweichungen.
- Durchführung von DMAIC-basierten Verbesserungsprojekten (Define – Measure – Analyze – Improve – Control).
- Förderung einer unternehmensweiten Kultur für kontinuierliche Verbesserung.
Fachliche Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau und/oder Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaftslehre / Prozessmanagement.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Customer Care, Inside Sales oder operativen Abteilungen eines Spediteurs.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse logistischer Produkte (Seefracht, Luftfracht, Intermodal etc.).
- Internationale Arbeitserfahrung von Vorteil.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS O365 und TMS-Systemen (Pflicht); Power BI Kenntnisse wünschenswert.

- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit (schriftlich & mündlich).
- Analytisches und methodisches Denkvermögen.
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Geduld und Professionalität im Umgang mit Stakeholdern.
- Hands-on Mentalität und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich aufzubereiten.
Sprachen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.
