We are seeking a skilled and dedicated physical therapist to join our well established clinic . In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs to improve patients' mobility, reduce pain, and regain function while maintaining a high quality of care. At Franke Physical Therapy, we allow for a longer treatment session to allow for more complete assessments and interventions to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients.
*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs and develop tailored care plans
* Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including trigger point therapy and orthopedics techniques, to promote healing and mobility
* Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal recovery outcomes
* Document all patient interactions accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems while maintaining confidentiality
*Requirements*
* Valid licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction
* Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and orthopedics principles
* Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and care coordination
* Strong manual skills and willingness to advance manual technique skills
* Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate front office and PTA's
We are a well established clinic with a long history of working closely with referring providers to provide thorough, multi-system evaluations and focused interventions to a wide variety of patients. Franke Physical Therapy is unique amongst Tucson outpatient orthopedic clinics as the expectation is that the therapist focus is on the patients individual experience to maximize outcomes.
Pay: $99,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
