HR Services (Administration & Payroll)
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben entlang des Employee Lifecycles
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Personalstammdaten
- Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung der Gehaltsabrechnung
- Unterstützung bei Ablage, Dokumentation und HR-Systempflege
HR Business Partnering
- Unterstützung der HR Business Partner im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Recherche und Vorbereitung von HR-Themen und Präsentationen
- Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten (z. B. Mitarbeitendenbefragungen, Kulturinitiativen)
- Unterstützung bei Reports und Auswertungen
- Eingeschrieben in einem relevanten Studiengang, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Personal oder vergleichbar
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR (z. B. Praktikum) sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Interesse an HR-Themen und Lust dazuzulernen
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint)
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten: Du arbeitest ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche und kannst deine Arbeitszeiten flexibel gestalten – ideal zur Vereinbarkeit von Studium und Job.
