Finance Business Partner - F&C Services and Training (w/m/d)Der Bereich „F&C Services & Training“ ist unter anderem verantwortlich für die vollständige kaufmännische Betreuung des Product Services und somit auf allen Ebenen Business Partner für den Bereich.
- Umfängliche kaufmännische Betreuung im Rahmen von nationalen und internationalen Projekten / Großprojekten / Konsortialprojekten im Bereich Product Services MDS & EW
- Kaufmännischer Ansprechpartner (Business Partner) für Projektleiter/ Enge Abstimmung mit dem Projekt-Kernteam und unterstützenden Bereichen (Contracts & Commercial, Preisprüfung, Accounting, Controlling)
- Erstellung kommerzieller Angebotsanteile, inkl. preisprüfungsgerechter Kalkulationen und kommerzieller Bedingungen
- Führen von Kundenbesprechungen und Verhandlung der kaufmännischen Vertragsanteile
- Projektcontrolling, inklusive Cost-to-Completion /EAC-Analysen, Soll-/Ist-Vergleiche, Erstellung von Szenarienbetrachtungen, Erarbeiten von Vorschlägen und Einleiten von Maßnahmen zur Sicherung der geplanten Projektergebnisse und des Cash-Flows
- Ordnungsgemäße kaufmännische Projektabwicklung mit den Schwerpunkten Kostenoptimierung, Zahlungs-, Claim/Waiver-, Chancen- und Risikomanagement
- Rechnungslegung und Forderungsmanagement, sowie Cashmanagement inkl. Reporting
- Prüfung der bilanziellen Ordnungsmäßigkeit aller Buchungen im Hinblick auf IFRS15 und HGB sowie Preisprüfungs- und Wirtschaftsprüfungsbelange
- Erstellung von Planungen; Operative Planung, Outlook, Monthly Planning und Berichterstattung sowie Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Ausarbeitung von Business Plänen
- Durchführung von ad-hoc-Analysen für die Führungskräfte des Bereichs
- Zuarbeit für das betriebliche Berichtswesen im Rahmen des Aufgabengebietes
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Weitreichende Erfahrung im Finanzwesen, sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder im Bereich Contracts & Commercial
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse des deutschen Preisrechts / IFRS von Vorteil
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Word, Power-Point) sowie SAP (SD/PS)
- Analytische, flexible und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungsgeschick mit Kunden und Auftragnehmern (intern & extern)
- Gewissenhafte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
