We're looking for a high-energy, people-focused Sales & Front Desk Associate who thrives in a sales-driven environment and loves connecting with others. This is a front-line role where you'll confidently sell memberships, build relationships, and deliver an outstanding customer experience every single day. What you bring includes strong sales confidence (membership sales experience is a big plus!), customer service background (retail, restaurant, or similar fast-paced environments), comfort with computers and scheduling systems, a genuine passion for dogs and their health & wellness, reliable transportation, and willingness to work in a smoke-free environment. Who you are includes being a natural people person who builds connections easily, comfortable and enthusiastic about selling and educating customers, high-energy and self-motivated, quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment, a team player who jumps in to help wherever needed, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to grow into leadership. What you'll do includes driving membership sales through confident conversations and education on dog health & wellness, consistently hitting and exceeding key performance metrics, generating and following up on leads to grow the membership base, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing customer records efficiently, handling daily cash responsibilities with accuracy, delivering exceptional service by managing expectations, resolving concerns, and retaining memberships, maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment, and supporting your team and taking on additional responsibilities as needed. Skills that set you apart include confidence in selling services and products—without hesitation, strong interpersonal skills—you connect easily with both people and their dogs, ability to quickly learn and communicate product and service value, clear, effective communication (in person and over the phone), problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet, strong attention to detail and time management, and accountability to both personal goals and team standards. Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
