In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die täglichen Abläufe im Bereich Lager und Bestandskontrolle. Du arbeitest eng mit Wareneingang, Versand, Produktion und Vertrieb zusammen. Ziel ist es, eine korrekte Lagerung, pünktliche Lieferungen und optimale Bestandsmengen sicherzustellen. Dafür brauchst du ein gutes Verständnis der Prozesse und Materialflüsse.
- Bearbeitung von ECOs (Artikelneuanlagen, Änderungen, Auslaufartikel)
- Durchführung und Auswertung von Inventuren sowie Bestandskorrekturen
- Abwicklung von Kommissions- und Intercompany-Aufträgen
- Buchungen und Datenpflege im ERP-System (D365)
- Koordination und Abwicklung von RMA- und Make-to-Order-Prozessen
- Organisation von Wareneingang, Versand und INCO Transfers
- Optimierung und Umstrukturierung von Lagerflächen und Prozessen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lagerlogistik, Supply Chain oder vergleichbar mit klarem Praxisbezug
- Mindestens 3–5 Jahre nachweisbare, operative Berufserfahrung im Bereich Inventory Control / Lagerlogistik
- Erfahrung in einem produzierenden oder technisch geprägten Unternehmen
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. D365) im Tagesgeschäft, inkl. Buchungen und Bestandskorrekturen
- Nachweisbare praktische Erfahrung in Lagerprozessen (Wareneingang, Kommissionierung, Versand)
- Strukturierte, prozessorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Genauigkeit, Belastbarkeit und konsequentes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft zur operativen Mitarbeit im Lager
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
