Are you an enthusiastic individual eager to embark on a career in insurance claims handling?

We are seeking a Casualty Claims Handler to join our team in Tamworth.

In this role, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training to prepare you for success in your career.

• Coordinate a portfolio of public and employers' liability claims for local government clients.
• Handle claims from first notification to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Make informed decisions on quantum and liability
• Work closely with partners like clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants, and their representatives
• Utilise multiple communication channels, such as phone and email
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills

• Comfortable working in an office environment
• Ability to interact with customers respectfully
• Keen attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and advance in claims handling
• Eligible to work in the UK
