Als planner afdeling montage draag je bij aan een soepel verloop van onze montagetrajecten. Je vertaalt binnenkomende opdrachten naar een heldere planning en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste monteur op het juiste moment op de juiste plek is. Gedurende de dag houd je overzicht, optimaliseer je de planning en communiceer je met monteurs en klanten over de voortgang. Met jouw gestructureerde aanpak en oplossingsgerichte houding ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen binnen en buiten.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Verwerken van binnenkomende klussen: je stelt werkbonnen op en zorgt voor een duidelijke planning.
- Inplannen van monteurs: je bewaakt de dag- en weekplanning en past deze aan waar nodig.
- Communiceren met monteurs en klanten: je informeert hen over de voortgang, wijzigingen en starttijden.
- Administratieve verwerking: je verwerkt werkrapporten en inmeetgegevens nauwkeurig.
- Regelen van praktische zaken: je zorgt dat alles rondom de uitvoering van klussen soepel verloopt.
Hier krijg je niet alleen een uitdagende functie, maar ook de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een betrokken en nuchter team. We bieden je een werkomgeving waarin jouw ideeën en inzet echt het verschil maken.
- Salaris tussen €2800 en €3400 per maand.
- Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast.
- Fulltime functie van 36-40 uur per week.

We zoeken een gestructureerde en klantgerichte planner die snel kan schakelen en overzicht houdt.
- MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting
- Ervaring met planning of vergelijkbare administratieve processen
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht, ook bij onverwachte situaties
- Affiniteit met logistieke of technische processen is een pré
