The Role: Oracle Procurement & Receiving Lead As an
Oracle Procurement & Receiving Lead , you’ll play a critical role in Switch’s ERP modernization journey. You’ll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of
Oracle Fusion Procurement and Receiving , partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, and Operations to support large‑scale capital projects and mission‑critical infrastructure.
In your first year, you’ll focus on rolling out key Oracle Fusion modules that streamline procurement, receiving, inventory, and job costing processes—laying the foundation for long‑term growth and innovation.
What You’ll Do
Configure and manage
Oracle Fusion Procurement & Receiving
Oversee inspections,
3‑way match , and compliance processes
Partner with Finance/Accounting to align
POs, job costing, and capital projects
Support inventory setup, transfers, holds, and job cost tracking
Integrate procurement with inventory, payables, and logistics
Manage supplier collaboration on delivery schedules and inspections
Ensure compliance with internal policies, customs, and trade regulations
Resolve receiving and procurement exceptions
Create training materials and process documentation for end users
Support procurement and receiving functions across the full lifecycle
5–7 years
of experience in procurement and/or receiving
Strong understanding of
job costing
and capital project workflows
Experience partnering with Finance and Accounting teams
Bachelor’s degree in
Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
CPSM
or
CSCP
certification is a plus
(We’re open to candidates with deeper strength in procurement or receiving—as long as you’re comfortable supporting both.)
