If so, you’ll be a key part of HighGrowth.io’s outbound sales efforts, helping drive pipeline and build lasting relationships with high-value prospects and current clients.
HighGrowth.io builds and augments sales teams for companies that want to scale. For this particular role, we are supporting a client in the branded promotional products space.
This is a high-ticket business development role where trust, consistency, and strong relationship-building are key. You’ll be expected to create long-term value — not just complete quick transactions.
Responsibilities:
Focus on outbound sales activities to engage prospects and set qualified appointments.
Conduct discovery-style calls to understand client outreach goals, upcoming events, engagement strategies, and branding needs.
Position branded merchandise and promotional solutions as high-impact tools that support campaign goals and boost audience engagement.
Make
100 outbound calls per day
to warm and cold leads, while also following up with inbound interest in a timely, professional manner.
Set
3–5 qualified demo or strategy appointments per day
for an Account Executive.
Follow up with prospects via email and phone in a timely, professional, and personalized manner.
Keep CRM records organized and updated — tracking call notes, lead stages, and follow-ups with accuracy.
Who We’re Looking For:
Competitive, self-directed, and proactive.
Comfortable in a respectfully-candid communication environment and willing to accept constructive feedback.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with high output expectations.
Confident making cold calls and navigating objections.
A strategic communicator who can effectively align prospect needs with long-term solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of four years’ experience in appointment setting and BDR activities. Minimum of two years’ experience where closing sales was required.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Able to clearly explain value propositions.
Experience working remotely with US-based clients, ideally in B2B sales.
Experience with promotional products or campaign-driven outreach is highly preferred.
Experience with health providers and health organizations preferred.
Familiar with CRMs, call tracking tools, and email outreach platforms.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $7‑12 USD/hour based on experience.
Bonus Potential: Up to $400 a month based on deals closed.
