Candidates should be with BE / BTech - Civil with 5 plus year of experience in residential / Villa projects Responsible for site execution for all civil activities To monitor & ensure completion of the projects as per the specified quality/ timeline & cost. Delegation of work to project team and subcontractors. Coordination between the different agencies & departments internally as well as client. Maintain daily project reports and continuously monitor the project budget, resource requirements, cycle time and productivity levels. Maintain all documentation as required by the company including all internal reporting. Knowledge of General Methodology of constructions like marking, checks for alignments, verticality, sequence of construction of concreting works, Block work constructions, Plastering works, etc. Knowledge of good construction practices, Problem solving capability, Understanding root cause, and taking corrective & Preventive Measures, carrying out the rectification work as per approved methodology Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with BE / BTech-Civil with 5 plus years of experience in residential projects preferred Perks and benefits
