Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for InMobi’s publisher partnerships across various key markets across the globe. In this role, you will identify, engage, and onboard new publishers and technology partners to expand InMobi’s supply footprint across App, Web and CTV.
What You Will Be Doing
Publisher Acquisition & Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and onboard new publishers and supply partners across App, Web and CTV ecosystems. Leverage your existing publisher network to fast-track partnerships and close new deals. Lead end-to-end commercial discussions, from outreach and pitch to negotiation and contract closure. Partner with Account Management and Legal teams to ensure seamless integration and timely activation.
Business Development & Expansion: Identify new business opportunities with content owners, video player partners, and supply platforms. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to jointly plan expansion opportunities across existing publisher relationships. Drive commercial agreements that align with publisher needs and InMobi’s monetization strategy.
Technical & Market Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of ad serving, header bidding, SDK integrations, and programmatic supply mechanics. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to guide technical conversations and troubleshoot onboarding challenges. Stay informed about industry trends, supply chain transparency, privacy frameworks, and emerging monetization models.
Commercial Accountability: Own a clear revenue and partnership acquisition target, measured through new publisher onboarding and pipeline value creation. Forecast publisher deal flow and proactively manage the acquisition funnel to meet quarterly goals. Structure creative commercial arrangements including rev-share models, minimum commitments, or platform fee deals where relevant.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Business Development or Publisher Sales in the AdTech environment (SSP, DSP, Exchange, or Publisher Network).
Industry Network: Strong, pre-existing relationships with publishers, supply partners, and technology providers across App, Web and CTV.
Technical Fluency: Working knowledge of SSP mechanics, programmatic integrations, header bidding, and yield monetization models.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving new publisher acquisitions and achieving measurable business growth.
Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketplace teams to deliver seamless partner experiences.
Negotiation & Communication Skills: Strong ability to navigate complex commercial discussions and communicate InMobi’s value proposition clearly.
Execution Focus: High bias for action and ownership, capable of driving multiple partnerships simultaneously from initiation to closure.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
The InMobi Culture We thrive on challenges and seize every opportunity for growth. Our core values — thinking big, being passionate, showing accountability, and taking ownership with freedom — guide us in every decision we make.
