Job Summary Morrison Healthcare is hiring a
Sous Chef
with a consistent
5-day work week
and only
1 weekend every 5th weekend . Enjoy strong
growth potential
and
401(k) with company match .
Hours of Operation Primary shift focus is
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM . Additional schedules may include
6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
or
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
based on business needs and coverage.
What You’ll Do
Support daily kitchen operations
Assist with menu planning and food production
Manage food quality, safety, and sanitation
Help control costs and inventory
Execute catering events
Supervise and develop team members
What We’re Looking For
Culinary/kitchen leadership experience
High-volume foodservice experience preferred
Catering experience a plus
Strong knowledge of food safety and food quality
ServSafe preferred
