Strong experience in technology transactions and in-house legal environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong analytical skills with ability to translate legal expertise into actionable insights. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Interest in legal technology, AI, and data annotation workflows.
