About the Opportunity Our client is an innovative, AI-powered SaaS company dedicated to empowering middle managers to become exceptional leaders. They build tools that improve team culture, performance, and leadership outcomes. They are looking for entrepreneurial Account Executives to help drive growth and expand their impact. Responsibilities Prospect strategic accounts and manage deals from the initial call through to close Conduct product demonstrations with C-suite decision makers, both virtually and in-person Use sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect effectively Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product, and customer success teams Contribute to the development and execution of the sales strategy Qualifications 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a startup environment (Series A/B stage) Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets Experience managing the full sales cycle (SDR to AE progression is a plus) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Willingness to travel 2-3 times per month for in-person client meetings Strong organizational skills and adaptability What You Can Expect Competitive compensation with a $200,000 OTE ($100,000 base + $100,000 variable) 100% remote work (with some travel required) A supportive and award-winning culture that values professional development and leadership growth Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus generous PTO and paid holidays The opportunity to join a mission-driven team dedicated to transforming the world of leadership If you’re an experienced SaaS sales professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you. #SaaS #SalesJobs #RemoteWork #AccountExecutive #CareerGrowth Seniority level
