Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for SPC and quartz products.
Identify new market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to expand market share.
Work with senior management to set sales goals, budgets, and projections for the short and long term.
Business Development
Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and key decision-makers in the construction, real estate, and interior design sectors.
Expand the customer base by acquiring new clients in domestic markets.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.
Sales Operations and Team Management
Manage and mentor the sales team, providing training, setting goals, and evaluating performance.
Ensure proper coordination between sales, marketing, and production teams to meet customer demands.
Oversee sales operations such as pricing, contract negotiations, and order fulfilment.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key clients.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate product knowledge and technical support on SPC flooring products.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
Provide insights on market conditions, product demand, and customer preferences to guide product development.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Product Knowledge and Innovation
Stay informed about new developments in SPC products, including innovations in design, production techniques, and materials.
Work with the R&D and product development teams to ensure product offerings meet market demands.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SPC flooring or related building materials.
Strong knowledge of SPC products, manufacturing processes, and the construction industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
Experience in both domestic and international markets is highly desirable.
