Base Pay:
$20/hr Tiered Commission Structure: 35–60 Shows/Month = $10 per show 61–85 Shows/Month = $15 per show 86+ Shows/Month = $20 per show Benefits
Paid Time Off

What You'll Do: Convert warm leads from paid traffic into in‑office consultations and laser treatment trials. Build trust and rapport with prospects in under 60 seconds. Use our proven scripts and objection‑handling frameworks while making the call your own. Hit daily and weekly targets for booked and shown appointments. Maintain airtight CRM notes and follow up with leads until the job is done. Train weekly, role‑play often, and continuously sharpen your skills like a pro‑athlete. Qualifications
