Your purpose at Copper will be to support the Programme Management team in ensuring effective project governance, reporting, and delivery assurance across the portfolio. This role is critical in maintaining project standards, tracking performance, and enabling informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and maintenance of PMO frameworks, tools, and processes. Provide analytical support to Programme Management team. Monitor and report on project and program performance, ensuring risks and issues are captured correctly and mitigation plans are valid and in place. Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports. Facilitate project governance meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes. Support the business with adherence to the Governance Framework and drive good practice. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO. Essential Qualifications
Experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of project management strategies, processes, and tools. High attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment. Experience working with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Project Management tools such as JIRA, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Analytical, strong problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. A self-starter who works well independently, is exceptionally organised, and can accomplish tasks effectively. Strong program coordination and administration abilities. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable Skills
Prince2 Certification. Basic Blockchain/Crypto knowledge. Experience in financial services. Benefits
