Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze sales metrics
Conduct customer meetings
Develop strategic account plans
Coordinate with marketing and product teams
Provide technical product support as needed
Prepare sales forecasts and reports
Maintain accurate CRM records
Participate in industry events
Stay informed on market trends and competitive dynamics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
At least five years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, ONS or DNA research
Strong communication, negotiation and strategic thinking skills
