Strong visual taste
Fast execution
Comfortable working with rough input from founders
Able to turn messy ideas into clear visuals
Not afraid to move quickly and iterate
We care more about speed and good judgement than perfection.
Ideal background
Mid-level designer
Experience making decks, marketing assets, and product visuals
Comfortable with tools like Figma, Keynote, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar
