The purpose of the role is to effectively identify actionable insights that support the Program’s goals and objectives by coordinating the communication, prioritization, and delivery of work products with Delivery and Engagement Leadership and Program Teams. The BI Insights Analyst is also responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, maintaining, and building new relationships, and sharing organizational trending/best practices.
Making an Impact Partner with Delivery to provide business reporting and analytic insights that support program growth, improvement, and initiatives completion. This position is responsible for the delivery of BI solutions utilizing Tableau, IntelliReach and other tools as deemed necessary. Proactively investigate opportunities to increase the value of the BI solutions currently in place, as well as recommend new approaches to aid in decision-making. Program SLAs/KPIs will be used to measure program performance and aid in prioritization of support.
Sharing Expertise Apply knowledge of Business Intelligence methodologies in supporting our internal and external customers. Seek out solutions and recommendations to fulfill business requirements. Encourage the use of story lines to explain data trends and anomalies to our Delivery and Engagement Partners. Introduce new analysis and methodologies to evaluate program performance and identify opportunity for delivery improvement.
Gaining Exposure High business acumen and excellent communication skills are required to build relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization from Managing Director to Program Managers. Partner with the BI Product Development Team to provide feedback from Delivery on new products, existing product enhancement, and business requirements that provide value to the organization. Change management skills are essential as the data drives decision making and program performance.
Your Typical Day
Understanding the business issues and data challenges of our client’s and the staffing industry and translating into solutions that change outcomes.
Establishing a regular meeting cadence with Managing Director / Director community to review overarching regional and individual program performance and establish strategic initiative priorities.
Ensuring on‑time regional strategic initiatives are completed.
Ensuring you are informed and sharing TAPFIN comparative and market trending results with Delivery and Engagement.
Ensuring you are monitoring program performance for assigned region at least monthly.
Identification of possible Business Intelligence as a Service opportunities.
Partnering with BI Product Development to share voice of the customer and identify internal development opportunities.
Being responsible for the on‑time delivery of work products to the Programs and providing actionable insights that drive change.
Actively presenting to clients during monthly and quarterly business reviews to bring Business Intelligence subject matter expertise.
Required
Tenure: 2-4 years of related experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Communication: Excellent communication skills
Technical: Proficient in key Talent Solution BI tools, Tableau, or equivalent
Nice to Have
Industry knowledge: Understanding of TAPFIN or RPO’s business models
Worked with a global organization / client
