Executive Property Assistant Permanent Im currently recruiting on behalf of a public sector organisation for an Executive Property Assistant to join their Strategic Property Management team in Athlone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the delivery of key strategic property projects at a national level. The Role Reporting to the Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the Strategic Property Department. This includes providing high-quality administrative support, coordinating information and reports, and assisting with the delivery of property-related projects and strategic initiatives. You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks, including: Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Property Management team (emails, calls, records, data management, requests for information) Supporting research, analysis, and preparation of property-related materials Preparing presentations, reports, and property data to support client and stakeholder engagements Assisting with coordination of submissions to internal committees and external stakeholders Monitoring and tracking divisional outputs, contracts, and reporting requirements Supporting sustainability and compliance-related reporting and initiatives Maintaining accurate records and helping improve internal processes and systems Supporting project work as required across the wider property function What Were Looking For Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or secretarial role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience handling queries and providing timely responses Flexibility, including occasional out-of-hours requirements Key Competencies Client-focused approach & relationship building Strong communication and personal effectiveness Team collaboration Creativity and problem-solving Understanding of business processes and systems Project coordination and support Salary & Benefits €28,077 €45,979 per annum (contributory pension) Rising to €47,289 after 3 years at top of scale (subject to satisfactory service) Additional Information This organisation is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, and actively encourages applications from all backgrounds.
