Our goal is to secure commitments from these potential referral sources. Additionally, we aim to foster strong connections with our existing customers and referral partners through regular phone and in-person interactions, ensuring their continued loyalty and support. By maintaining active engagement, we enhance customer retention and strengthen our network of reliable referral sources./ppResponsibilities include identifying potential new customers and referral sources, creating and maintaining sales route records, performing sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects, gaining commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of restoration services, completing weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner, attending weekly sales meetings, maintaining phone and in-person contact with existing customers, maintaining customer contact database, making group presentations to prospective organizations, and consistent, effective involvement in trade, community, and networking organizations, and participation in networking activities and events./ppQualifications include selling skills that understand and effectively apply the concepts of differentiation and adding value, know customer markets, the issues, and the challenges they face, and can translate that information into useful selling strategies. Builds long-term relationships that drive increased revenue and demand for services./ppCompensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year/ppFlexible work from home options available./p/div
