The EHR Edge, LLC is comprised of a team of Electronic Health Record Consultants and Project Managers servicing Human Service Agencies across the United States. The Edge Team has more than 150 years of combined experience performing System Assessments, EHR Product Selection, Implementation, and ongoing Optimization. We fill the gap between the Agency and the SW Product Vendors to get the correct product stood up fully across all programs on the initial project schedule. The Edge is expanding our sales organization with the addition of an Enterprise Sales Executive.
This individual will sell the Electronic Health Record Consulting Services to Human Service Organizations. This position will manage the complete sales cycle process, taking Marketing Qualified Leads through a nurturing process to develop Sales Opportunities and Relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire new enterprise customers.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-Suite Executives).
- Identify client needs and align them with tailored solutions, including implementation, integration, and support services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM (Salesforce).
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, pricing models, and contracts.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise solutions sales
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, high-stakes sales environments.
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to navigate long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience selling Electronic Health Recrod platforms such as Netsmart and QualiFACTS.
- Familiarity with value-based care, interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and population health initiatives.
