The Supervisory Program Application Specialist (PAS) is responsible for assessing the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of program operations and to analyze and resolve problems in the staffing, effectiveness, and efficiency of administrative support, staff activities and technical hardware, equipment and software applications.
