Mercyhealth System is currently seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist to join our collaborative and growing eye care team serving McHenry and Algonquin, Illinois. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a thriving ophthalmology practice within a well-supported, multispecialty health system equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical technology. Full-Time Position

Flexible scheduling
Shared office call (weekly rotation with another Ophthalmologist)
EPIC EMR systemwide
Strong built-in referral network from Mercyhealth primary care and specialty providers
Hospital-based surgical access
Advanced in-office laser and minor procedure capabilities
501(c)(3) non-profit organization (PSLF eligible)

Comprehensive ophthalmology practice including: Cataract surgery Minor in-office surgical procedures Equipment Includes: Humphrey Visual Field Comprehensive surgical instrumentation Team Structure:
