are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent property business based in Wolverhampton. Our client specialises in the sale and rental of prestigious residential properties across the local area. We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Negotiator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous estate agency experience who enjoys building client relationships and working within a fast-paced property environment. Key Responsibilities
Managing property sales and lettings enquiries Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants Negotiating offers and tenancy agreements Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Generating new business opportunities Supporting vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants throughout the process Maintaining accurate property records and CRM systems Requirements
