Behavioral Health Therapist

Sanford Health seeks a compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to provide evidence-based counseling for diverse patient populations in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team. You’ll support crisis intervention, patient education, and care coordination while documenting in the electronic health record.
