Full-Time Oral Surgeon Location: Silver Spring, MD Base Salary vs % of collections Sign-On bonus available Bethesda Chevy Chase Oral Surgery with partnership with SALT Dental Partners SALT Dental Partners is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new Oral Surgery suite in Silver Spring, MD, launching in August 2026. We are seeking a Full-Time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to lead this modern facility and serve an established referral network of pediatric and orthodontic offices in the surrounding area. This new, state-of-the-art Oral Surgery suite will feature:

  • 1 private recovery room
  • In-office CBCT imaging for comprehensive diagnostics
  • Strong built-in referral base from nearby PPO and FFS pediatric and orthodontic practices within the SALT Dental Partners network
  • Mentorship from local oral surgeons Dr. The Oral Surgeon will provide full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgical care to patients referred from partner practices and the broader community. This is a full-time, 5 days per week position with competitive earnings and growth potential.
