We are seeking a
NetSuite Delivery Manager
with consulting experience and/or strong industry knowledge to manage key operational workstreams within NetSuite ERP implementations. You will lead the delivery of complex end-to-end NetSuite ERP projects, focusing on key process areas including procure-to-pay, design-to-build, and inventory management.
What You’ll Do
Lead project teams, manage resources, and align efforts to ensure successful project outcomes.
Facilitate business process mapping and gather system requirements with clients.
Develop and present to-be process documentation and solution strategies.
Oversee NetSuite configurations tailored to client needs.
Apply best practices and industry knowledge to solve complex client challenges.
Coach and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Maintain a strong focus on client success and relationship development.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field
4+ years of experience working with NetSuite (implementation or end-user)
Demonstrated leadership in team and resource management
Strong understanding of business process improvement and ERP strategy
Excellent communication and client engagement skills
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with key NetSuite process areas: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report
Experience with:
NetSuite Advanced Inventory, Advanced Procurement, and Advanced Order Management
Manufacturing modules: Light Manufacturing, Work-in-Process, or Advanced Manufacturing
Inventory costing methods (Average, Standard, Lot/Serial, FIFO/LIFO)
Demand/Supply Planning and MRP
3rd party solutions such as WMS, QMS, TMS, PLM, CMMS
Management and operational reporting expertise
Remote-first position
for U.S.-based candidates
Willingness to travel up to 25% for client on-site needs (typically less)
Compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 – 190,000 USD and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretional quarterly bonus based on performance.
