As a Sales Enablement Coach, you will monitor sales team interactions, providing training, feedback, and guidance to enhance and improve the skills of sales agents, resulting in increased conversion rates, quality scores, policy effectuations, and member retention. 100% remote (US required, preferably Midwest/Eastern Time Zone) What you'll do: Monitor the performance of all Sales Agents and identify areas for improvement in sales process, quality assurance, policy effectuation, and member retention. Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to agents and managers to improve KPIs. Cultivate an environment of open communication within the sales team. Identify sales process improvements through observation, data analysis, and reports. Stay updated on market trends and sales environment demands. Collaborate with managers/support teams to resolve complaints, escalations, and trends. Use reporting tools to identify high-risk submissions and at-risk agents. Maintain thorough knowledge of WiseChoice products and services. Perform additional duties as needed, including sales facilitation and meetings. Who are you: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field. At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Coach or Trainer. License in Health Insurance Sales. Preferred: Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) or similar certification. Strong knowledge of sales processes and best practices. Adaptability to organizational changes. Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools. Active listening and quick response skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Why WiseChoice?
