A natural curiosity and a passion for figuring out problems and getting to the root cause. Disciplined creator of automated tests for your own code.
Eager to Learn:
A genuine interest in software development and a strong desire to build a career in engineering.
Independent & Adaptable:
Able to work autonomously to find solutions to complex problems and be flexible and responsive to changing requirements and priorities.
Communicator:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a variety of audiences.
Desired Skills
Experience with application observability tools such as Splunk or Datadog.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Salary:
$76,240 – $95,300 (depending on experience). In addition, we offer full‑time employee benefits including dental, vision, and multiple group medical plans to choose from, 401(k) retirement savings plan, group life insurance, AD&D insurance, FSA and HSA, commuter benefits, employer‑paid STD and LTD insurance, and supplemental insurance plans (spouse life insurance, legal insurance, employee assistance program, home health testing kits, fertility medication discount program). Employees also receive flexible vacation time, accrued paid sick time, 10 paid holidays (and 2 floating holidays for full‑time non‑exempt employees), up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave for a birthing parent, up to 8 weeks of paid bonding leave for non‑birthing parents, and up to 12 weeks of family caregiver leave, including 4 paid weeks, and a monthly lifestyle spending account allowance.
