Be the voice of our members. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll guide business owners through their credit building journey, ensuring they get the most value from the DARTS platform and reach their funding goals. Key Responsibilities
• Onboard new members and provide personalized guidance on credit building strategies. • Proactively monitor member progress and reach out with tailored recommendations. • Resolve support inquiries with empathy, speed, and accuracy. • Collect and relay member feedback to the product team to improve the platform. • Create educational resources, FAQs, and onboarding materials. Qualifications
• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client services. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple member relationships. • Comfort with SaaS tools and CRM platforms. Preferred Experience
• Knowledge of business credit, PAYDEX scores, or small business lending. • Experience in fintech or financial services.
