This leadership role is responsible for guiding Team Leads and staff in daily operations, ensuring performance goals are met, and driving strategic initiatives within the Customer Care department. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance metrics Compile reports and manage departmental communications Lead strategic planning and recommend action plans Coach and mentor team leaders Participate in company-wide projects and process improvements Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Perform additional duties as needed Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of management or leadership experience (HMO or healthcare industry preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Familiarity with Medicaid and healthcare operations Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and collaboration abilities Conflict resolution and decision-making skills Excellent communication and time management Customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently and within a team Critical thinking and active listening Working Conditions:
