Consulting and Operations Associates
to join our team. You will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality services and delivery to our clients. You will work closely with project team members to assist in the implementation, enhancement and ongoing delivery of legal technology software project solutions in the mass tort space. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in software consulting and operations in a dynamic and collaborative fully-remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Assist with the management and completion of process design, work plans, schedules, and project-related tasks within specified timelines in the collecting complex data in varying formats for upload to our Rubris platform
Perform data analysis and reporting as part of the project team
Prioritize tasks across multiple projects daily and provide regular status updates for tasks/projects
Engage and communicate (written and verbal) with clients and team members
Support clients in onboarding and utilizing our Rubris technology platform effectively
Manage large amounts of complex data in varying formats for upload to our platform
Respond to inquiries from clients and other parties involved in settlements and create detailed task lists and action items
Collaborate as part of a team of cross‑functional roles with joint ownership of outcomes
Be curious about how your role contributes to the success of the team and business objectives of Rubris
Engage, collaborate, and drive results in a remote environment
What you bring
2+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on client project delivery/management, client success, or data management
Bachelor’s degree, preferably economics, finance, data analysis, statistics, engineering, or information technology
Experience working on teams who interact with prominent clients, manage data, and/or design and document processes highly desired
Basic understanding of Lucid Chart and Click Up or similar project management tools
Excel skills at least at an intermediate level; experience with tables & arrays, conditional formatting, and pivot tables is highly desired
Experience in a technological environment extremely helpful
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Careful and consistent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
Process‑oriented with a great attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
