Overview Techbridge is a non-profit that arms other non-profits on the frontline of alleviating the causes of poverty and technology that will allow them to expand the impact of their mission for the millions of men, women and children who suffer from lack of access to shelter, food, employment, education, healthcare, and financial literacy.
The Technology Career Program (TCP) is an innovative workforce development program that trains individuals for careers in high demand technology fields. TCP provides comprehensive technical skills training and certification, professional support, job training, financial services and career placement services for low-income adults who possess a high school diploma or GED. We serve a diverse student body which includes high school graduates with limited access to traditional universities, military veterans and career changers are trained for high paying jobs in the technology sector.
Techbridge seeks an energetic, self-directed, data-driven, and organized
Program Manager
to support the Technology Career Program. The
Program Manager
will manage the overall program from start to finish and will develop project timelines, goals, and manage partner relationships. This includes but is not limited to operational management of vendor contracts, budgeting, community partners, registration, and curriculum management. This role is responsible for general management and oversight of the program from recruiting through graduation as well as data analytics for ongoing evaluation and improvement of outcomes.

The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with a customer/client focus and possess the ability to handle sensitive issues in a confidential, tactful, and organized manner. We are looking for someone who has an eagerness to learn, is adaptable, and has a passion for the nonprofit space.
Responsibilities Program Planning
Foster and nurture key external relationships necessary for program success
Forecast, plan, and implement each new partner
Design and communicate program calendar to include technology, business, and financial literacy classes
Implement criteria for curriculum, certifications, instructors, and applicants in collaboration with TCP department
Communicate and implement program policies and procedures
Monitor vendor contracts, responsibilities and reporting
Direct and implement changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Provide schedule of events to stakeholders regularly
Gather input from stakeholders and ensure program execution aligns with program goals
Support marketing strategy with the marketing team
Support program growth through collaboration, strategic planning and goal setting with leadership team
Program Oversight and Execution
Lead and oversee application and interview process for applicants
Schedule and facilitate team meetings between Techbridge employees and contractors
Work with partners to drive day to day execution of workforce development programs
Evaluate and improve programs based on feedback from key stakeholders
Data Reporting and Performance Management
Implement a system of motivators for coaching and monitoring students in a remote setting
Document and track milestones for all deliverables and KPIs
Collect and evaluate outcomes to support the strategic direction of the Program
Support the evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout program life cycle.

Communication. Ability to articulate and communicate with influence
Able to manage and define ambiguity.
Strong written and presentation skills. Ability to have a highly technical conversation with IT teams as well as simplify complex topics to non‑technical audiences
Organization and time management. Ability to manage multiple projects timelines and meeting schedules.
Required Qualifications
4‑year university degree or equivalent work experience in a professional setting
5 years of experience as a Program Manager or equivalent work experience
Microsoft Office knowledge, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Experience using Salesforce, OneNote,
Experience developing, managing , and executing a project plan against deadlines and within budget
Ability to work occasional evenings for program events
Ability to present to various audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Technical background
Education experience in Computer Science, Engineering, STEM, HigherEd.
Higher IQ, Zoom, Google Classroom, Slack, Trello
Project management certification
Experience managing staff
