Overview We are seeking a full‑time Account Coordinator (officially titled Account Representative upon hire) to support development and management of integrated marketing, fundraising, and communications strategies for our clients. If you have strong writing, analytical, multitasking skills, and want to contribute to campaigns that mobilize resources for social good, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Support clients’ fundraising and engagement goals.
Provide top‑quality customer service, including attending client meetings.
Review direct‑mail pieces and other work products throughout project lifecycle to ensure quality.
Collaborate with the data team to manage resources, project timelines, and analyze list acquisition data for prospecting opportunities.
Contribute to client relationships and satisfaction on a day‑to‑day basis.
Manage the basic production process.
Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests (meeting recaps, procedural requests, copy).
Develop marketing objectives into comprehensive tactical implementation project management.
Assist in the creative process by brainstorming, conducting research, and scheduling kickoff meetings.
Understand basic statistical measures including testing reports, stats, and budget projections.
Must‑have Qualifications
1–3 years of general work experience, including internships and part‑time work.
Passion for good causes (nonprofit, candidate, or other).
Excellent quantitative reasoning skills and ability to apply data to strategic decisions.
Strong attention to detail, particularly with writing and editing.
Ability to juggle and multitask on multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment.
Willingness to take initiative and use good judgment to resolve issues.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
Nice‑to‑have Qualifications
Experience with a nonprofit, political organization, campaign, or interactive marketing company.
Background in direct mail communications, fundraising, or marketing.
Understanding of direct mail production processes.
Client‑management experience.
Salary Salary: $55,000 per year. This is a temporary, salaried, benefits‑eligible position ending no later than November 6, 2026. Extension of contract or offer of continued employment is not guaranteed but may be discussed; contingent upon business need.
Location Remote (no return‑to‑office date). Applicants may reside in AZ, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NC, NJ, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, and VA. Due to FL legislation, the company participates in e‑verify.
