We’re looking for a
Senior Demand Generation Manager
to own and execute Noma’s global demand generation programs. This is a senior, hands‑on individual contributor role focused on building pipeline, driving awareness, and executing high‑impact campaigns across digital channels. You’ll play a key role in scaling our marketing engine and driving measurable business growth.
What You’ll Do
Own Global Demand Generation Strategy:
Plan and execute Noma’s demand generation programs, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and global pipeline targets
Drive Campaign Execution:
Build and run integrated campaigns across digital channels to generate high-quality leads and pipeline
Lead End-to-End Campaign Management:
Own the full lifecycle of demand generation programs, from planning and execution through performance tracking and optimization, including supporting the marketing operations side
Own Pipeline Performance:
Take full accountability for pipeline generation and contribution to revenue growth
Optimize Through Data:
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize programs for efficiency and ROI
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with field marketing, content, and design teams to execute cohesive and effective programs
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing roles in B2B SaaS, with experience in cybersecurity
Proven ability to design and execute full-funnel demand generation programs globally
Strong hands‑on experience with paid search, digital campaigns, and lead generation programs
Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities and focus on performance
Experience working with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Self‑starter with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset and strong execution skills
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Nice to Haves
Background in AI, or enterprise tech
Experience in fast‑growing startup environments
Experience working in global demand generation programs
