Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven
Project Manager
with experience in
Telecommunication and Tech Infrastructure systems
. This role will manage project timelines, communicate with cross-functional teams, and ensure client success in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Led cross-functional initiatives involving complex client engagements within regulated environments, similar in complexity and compliance to multi-agency telecommunications or infrastructure projects.
Delivered full-cycle project oversight for at least two large-scale client programs, managing scope, risk, and timelines, while ensuring alignment with federal and state-level regulatory requirements (parallel to coordinating with government agencies).
Served as lead manager for key client engagements lasting over 12 months, driving execution, reporting, and stakeholder communications for projects with distributed teams across different states and regulatory zones.
Applied agile and PMP-aligned methodologies to ensure on-time delivery and budget control; frequently consulted on PMO setup and technology implementation strategies.
Engaged in multiple projects where client operations were tied to healthcare and digital infrastructure, leveraging transferable skills in systems deployment and tech integration.
Contributed to change management strategy for clients during transitions to new platforms or service delivery models, integrating elements similar to ADKAR frameworks.
Required Qualifications
9+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
At least
2–3 years in
Broadband, Telecommunications or Tech Infrastructure.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid delivery models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and/or other PM tools.
ADKAR Framework certification.
