Revenue Cycle Systems Implementation Consultant
to join their team.
Position Summary:
The
Revenue Cycle Systems Implementation Consultant
provides client-facing technical expertise supporting EHR and practice management system optimization, configuration, and onboarding for new and existing clients.
This role leads billing discovery, workflow design, system file build, and client training initiatives to ensure effective adoption of revenue cycle workflows aligned with industry best practices. The consultant partners with internal teams, vendor partners, and client stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
System Optimization & Configuration
Maintain and update EHR/PM system file builds
Configure workflows, templates, and revenue cycle process structures
Support ongoing system optimization initiatives
Translate operational requirements into system configuration changes
Client Implementation Support
Define system build requirements and workflow specifications
Implement client-specific EHR and revenue cycle workflows
Support onboarding execution for traditional and enterprise clients
Document implementation decisions and configuration standards
Training & Enablement
Deliver onboarding training on revenue cycle workflows and system functionality
Develop and maintain implementation training materials
Support staff adoption of optimized workflows and templates
Workflow Design & Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve utilization of EHR/PM systems
Implement standardized and client-specific workflow enhancements
Support alignment with industry revenue cycle best practices
Cross-Functional Coordination
Provide guidance to internal teams and vendor partners regarding client workflows
Support communication alignment across implementation stakeholders
Assist with development of client protocols documentation
Required Qualifications:
4–7+ years of physician revenue cycle experience
Experience supporting system implementations or onboarding projects
Strong understanding of front-end through back-end RCM workflows
Experience developing training materials or delivering system training
Ability to translate operational workflows into system configuration requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting outsourced RCM environments
Experience working with multi-site physician organizations
Exposure to enterprise-scale onboarding initiatives
This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the United States with up to 25% travel based on business needs. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
