Position Overview Force USA is seeking a driven and results‑oriented
Territory Sales Representative
based in the United States. This is a full‑time remote role reporting directly to the National Sales Director.
The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned region by developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing accounts, and consistently exceeding sales targets. This role requires frequent travel and a high level of autonomy, including coordinating travel arrangements within a provided budget.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up
Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Conduct in‑person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with dealers, distributors, and commercial customers
Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and competitive positioning
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to execute promotional initiatives
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales cycle
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
Travel extensively within the assigned territory and manage travel logistics efficiently
Qualifications
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Highly self‑motivated with excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Experience with NetSuite and proficiency in Google Workspace (or similar CRM and productivity tools)
Fitness industry experience or strong knowledge of fitness equipment
required
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
Experience managing personal travel arrangements within a budget
