Responsibilities
Required to complete the conversion of a smaller client database less than $500 million in asset size with team support. Ability to convert database with less than 15 post programmatic conversion issues. Complete conversion of simultaneous core and external vendor data. Required to follow and perform all conversion day procedures with team support. Able to handle all conversion day (and weekend) duties with support.
Ability to multi‑task; must be organized to effectively manage multiple projects and shifting priorities. Maintains interpersonal and communication skills with project resources; works well with team members and is willing to assist others. Focused time management skills that are organized and able to establish and follow through on priorities with Lead and/or Management input. Required to follow and meet project deadlines with limited escalation from management.
Must perform complex data transfers, interface development, and vendor cross reference files. Interface code needs approval prior to code check in. Run and verify post conversion fixes. Run and verify standard auxiliary conversions for CSV templates. Run and verify non‑standard auxiliary conversions for external vendors. Run manual merger program for any client size.
Function as a support role when assigned to address client relations issues. Frequently meets with conversion analyst to gather requirements and reviews appropriate credit union application specifications under general supervision/guidance.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance Keystone knowledge. Proficiency with SQL and writing queries against complex database structures. Your job duties include attending and contributing to development team meetings, supporting paired programming project tasks, and collaborating with other developers to convert client data.
Experience / Skills
One to two years of similar or related experience.
Demonstrated computer programming experience, professional or academic, which included using an object‑oriented programming language (C++).
Ability to apply knowledge, ability to integrate the application of knowledge, skills, and sense of responsibilities to new settings and complex problems.
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Communication and collaboration skills.
Curiosity, interest in ‘how things work’ and ‘how to create things that work,’ interest in the power of technology, humility, observation skills, openness to constructive criticism, value and readiness for lifelong learning.
Education (1) A college degree (non‑technical discipline) or (2) multi‑craft skills acquired through extensive on‑the‑job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in‑depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on‑the‑job training.

Pay Range Range depends on geographic metro / zone, budget, and experience.
Salary $72,000 - $85,000
