The Senior Systems Analyst will play a key role in implementing, maintaining and enhancing Commercial Risk systems and their related integrations. This position requires strong technical and analytical skills, exceptional communication and organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsible for day‑to‑day production support to business users, ensuring timely issue resolution and clear communication of solutions.
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or enhancement through application features.
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, partnering effectively with team members to deliver assigned projects.
Foster strong relationships and maintain regular communication within IT and business teams to ensure timely issue resolution, status updates, and transparency on customer impacts.
Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams—facilitating requirements gathering, setting expectations, and coordinating team efforts through effective collaboration.
Document issues, enhancements, and requirements with appropriate clarity and detail.
Maintain a deep understanding of key business processes and systems that support Commercial Risk operations.
Support the execution and documentation of SOX controls.
Prepare and present deliverables to both executive and end‑user audiences.
Participate in the validation and execution of test cases to ensure quality outcomes.
Follow company policies and promote process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
What You Have Minimum Requirements
Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics.
10+ years’ experience with energy trading and risk systems (Openlink, PowerOptix, cQuant)
Strong knowledge of Front to Back business processes including trade exchange integration, trade capture, mark‑to‑market, confirmations, settlements and accounting, compliance, and risk reporting
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment with cross‑functional teams.
SQL experience is preferred

Proven ability to integrate business processes, data, application, and technical components of Commercial Risk and trading solutions
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated expertise supporting and enhancing energy trading and risk management (ETRM) systems and related integrations
Effective collaborator in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments across IT, Commercial, and Risk teams
Skilled in managing multiple competing priorities under pressure while maintaining service excellence
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills
Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities for both technical and business audiences
