This position plays a critical role in maintaining service quality as our customer base scales and will work closely with the broader Customer Success team to surface insights, prevent issues, and uphold high service standards.
Primary Focus: Customer communication and support related to Rentable’s security deposit management platform for property managers.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers using the security deposit platform. Will be monitoring property manager-related tickets specifically.
Communicate clearly about:
Deposit collection, holding, and refund workflows
Compliance considerations and timelines
Platform features and updates
Daily Tasks
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
Escalate issues to the proper channels for quick resolution.
Identify trends, risks, and recurring questions among property managers.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and CS tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
US‑based and authorized to work in the United States
1–3 years experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management
Experience working with property managers, real estate technology, or property operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain complex processes in simple, reassuring terms
Familiarity with property management software (Rent Manager/RMX/Yardi)
