Position Title: Paid Media Intern
Internship Term: Summer 2026
Compensation: College credit (must be enrolled in a college course)
Desired Fields of Study: Marketing, Economics, E‑Commerce, Advertising, Statistics
A Day in the Life:
Collaborate across departments, contribute ideas in strategy meetings, and attend training sessions.
Learn about biddable media and paid search strategies, assisting in developing and executing custom strategies for clients.
Use Excel to analyze performance metrics and assist with reporting, enhancing project management and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Work across all departments and collaborate with team members agency‑wide.
Contribute ideas during strategy meetings.
Attend regular trainings and cross‑channel learning opportunities.
Develop understanding of biddable media and paid search strategies to grow the channel for Power Digital clients.
Assist in the development and execution of custom strategies for clients on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube, and Performance Max.
Learn Excel and use it to populate pacing documents with advanced formulas to forecast month‑end metrics for all paid media campaigns (tri‑weekly), assist with weekly & monthly reporting, and analyze performance metrics related to the paid search channel.
Develop project management and communication skills through hands‑on experience with our project management system.
Role Requirements:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Statistics experience (can be through school).
Detail‑oriented.
Analytical mindset.
Readiness to learn.
Monthly & quarterly team bonding activities.
Fun, savvy, and hard‑working attitude.
