Quantitative UX Researcher (Temporary)

Salary range from $55/hr to $70/hr.
Responsibilities
Lead survey‑based research from design through launch, including sampling strategy, programming, deployment, and data quality checks.
Conduct descriptive and advanced statistical analyses using R, SPSS, SAS, or similar tools.
Apply a variety of survey and measurement techniques, such as tree testing, card sorting, MaxDiff, and conjoint analysis (preferred).
Perform thematic or pattern‑based analysis on existing datasets—for example, identifying trends in bug reports or customer issues over time.
Create clear, compelling data visualizations and communicate insights through presentations, dashboards, and written reports.
Support product, engineering, design, and data science teams by defining and tracking user experience metrics.
Manage multiple research projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and scope.
Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and support data analysis.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in data analysis, data visualization, and storytelling with data.
5+ Years of Industry Quant Research Experience
Proficiency with Qualtrics and survey programming.
Experience designing, launching, and analyzing surveys in a UX, product, or market research environment.
Experience conducting thematic or trend analysis on existing datasets.
Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis tool (R, SPSS, SAS).
Comfortable using AI tools to support research workflows.
U.S. residency. Must be able to work East Coast Hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience researching developers, AI, or developer use of AI.
Background in engineering, computer science, statistics, or a related technical discipline.
Experience with Python.
Background in Human‑Computer Interaction.
